• the mistakes this woman made was that she gave out info over the phone.
• Id theft is such a common problem these  days because its easy to get someones info
• To abtain some ones identity you need their social security number and the credit card number.
• My advice to protect from people from geting their identity stolen is dont give out info over the phone.
• The person at fault is the person that didnt protect them self from identity theft.
